The Cakes:

• Vanilla - Flavored with pure Tahitian vanilla and buttermilk that gives you a delicate cake with a delectable crumb.

• Double Fudge Cake - This cake is a chocolate lovers dream. A rich buttermilk base with both cocoa and chocolate that makes it oh so
  delicious.

• Marble Cake - This is the best of both worlds our vanilla and double fudge swirled together for a great cake.

• Carrot Cake - A very moist cake packed with carrots and spices. Nuts will be added upon request.

• Red Velvet - truly a southern cake, this deep red cake is flavored with dutch cocoa and buttermilk that makes it one fabulous cake.

• Pound Cake - Sour cream and butter makes this pound cake unlike any you've ever tasted.

• Italian Cream Cake - the base of this cake is our pound cake recipe we add pecans and coconut and you've got something truly amazing.

Flavors:

• Vanilla - no ordinary vanilla this one is flavored with the pulp from a vanilla bean. Graham cracker bottom.

• Chocolate - Delicious rich chocolate is mixed by hand to create marble effect. Chocolate bottom.

• Raspberry Swirl - Flavored with raspberry puree swirl with our Vanilla. Graham cracker bottom.

• Bailey's Chocolate Swirl - the name says it all delicious. Chocolate bottom.

• White Chocolate Cheesecake - For all of the White Chocolate lovers. Graham cracker bottom.

Icings:

• Italian Buttercream - a very light icing that has a wonderfully smooth texture, it's not too sweet and is neutral enough to add
  different flavors;. any special flavors will be added upon request.

• Chocolate Buttercream - the same Italian Buttercream with rich melted chocolate folded in.

• Chocolate Ganache - this poured icing give a delicious yet amazingly smooth finish.

• Cream Cheese Icing - made with cream cheese and butter this is a very rich and creamy icing.
